We’re facilitating fair project agreements
Building our region’s shared infrastructure
We provide a forum to discuss cost-sharing for regional or sub-regional facilities that meet set criteria. We do this because when everyone agrees to commit equally and fairly, the projects in our communities are more likely to succeed.
The Southeast Regional Service Commission provides a forum to local governments and the rural district in Southeast New Brunswick to negotiate and organize formal agreements when planning sports, recreation, and cultural infrastructure projects. Our team ensures all parties agree on goals and results in order to benefit the whole region.
We develop the regional strategy for infrastructure and offer clear process recommendations. We work to ensure processes align with current operations and decision-making structures. Our team guides project leaders and meaningfully involves community members at each stage of regional infrastructure projects.
