SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is responsible for a variety of accounting functions and plays a critical role in supporting the Commission’s financial functions. This position ensures the accurate preparation and analysis of financial statements while also collaborating closely with all departments across the Commission. The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing a variety of priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and values cross-departmental collaboration.
DescriptionECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Economic Development Officer contributes to stimulating entrepreneurship and supporting the creation, establishment, attraction, or development of businesses in various economic sectors. This position offers specialized support aimed at familiarizing yourself with financial aid’s opportunities; ensuring sound business planning; carrying out appropriate studies and making recommendations considering the impact of the projects at hand. This person may also work in close collaboration with companies, while contributing to their success in concert with local and regional socio-economic partners, as well as cities and municipalities in the southeastern New Brunswick region.
